Shipping Policy

To ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner , please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Confirm all proper abbreviation before submitting.

*If there are issues verifying your address, you will be contacted to try to correct these issues.  If unable to contact after 7 business days your, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If address entered incorrectly contact customer support ASAP for corrections. The fastest way is via  live chat available 7 days a week ,  8am-10pm EST. If we are unable to make adjustments to order, based on most recent order status, we will not take responsibility for incorrectly entered information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from SkyPeople.us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

All package concerns with confirmed delivery status via tracking information but you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service. Sky People E-Shop ,DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

Items EST delivery date is delivery time depends on product attributes, shipping methods, and is determined by fulfillment date not  from the date that it is placed After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. 

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
